A very simple and effective exercise to alleviate stress. If you feel yourself getting a bit stressed simply take 5 minutes out and allow yourself to perform the following little exercise:
Take a Seat
Take several deep breaths and repeat the following:
On the out-breath say: breathe out stress;
On the in-breath: breath in Positive energy.
On the out-breath say: breathe out stress;
On the in-breath: breath in Positive energy.
Repeat until the stress has left your body and you feel yourself relaxed and at peace once more : ) x.
