Activation Guidelines and Meditation

• Intention:

To activate feel and become aware of your Soul energy is a very easy and personal experience. Easy in that the most important thing to do is to simply hold the intention of activating feeling experiencing and integrating your Soul. As a result you could create an intention affirmation to keep in your mind during this process for example:

I Activate Feel Experience and Integrate my soul with Ease OM x

MY Mind Body and Soul are ONE :  ) x

I have added the OM at the end as the Creator’s confirmation that in the New Energy i.e. the New Earth of 2012+ it is now with ‘Ease’ that ALL upon the Earth can activate integrate and Be their Pure Divine Beautiful and glorious Soul Light upon the Earth with Ease :  ) x.

To complement this another intention that would be very beneficial is to simply state your ‘inherent’ truth i.e.

I AM my Soul in manifestation upon on the Earth with Ease.

As your Soul is an extension of the Creator in truth EVERYONE is inherently the Creator the Divine Source of Life and so to assist with the activation and integration of the Divine energies of your Soul and Source please use the following intention if and when you feel guided to do so:

I AM the Light Divine I am Love I AM Will I AM Fixed Design I AM the Creator in manifestation upon the Earth with Ease OM x.

This affirmation I found particularly useful during my own process of awakening and integration, and I would like to credit and honour the ancient and original I AM teachings). Thank you.

• Meditation

Angels & Guides: Ask you’re Personal Angels and Guides to Surround you with their Pure Powerful Protective Pure Divine Unconditional Love and Light and to Guide protect assist Love and support you during this meditation.

Relaxation Activation & Affirmation:

• First take a deep breath and allow yourself to gain a Peaceful state and focus on your breathing
• Next allow yourself to focus at the very center and Core of your being within your chest  within the Heart chakra
• Now allow yourself to feel a Pure and Positive energy within your Heart
• Allow yourself to feel activate and to radiate this energy from it’s core out into your entire being
• Visualise the Pure Powerful and radiant Light Glowing Expanding and Filling your entire Being
• Allow the Divine from within your heart chakra to expand and radiate it’s Pure divine light and energy out into and around your aura filling clearing healing and uplifting your entire being on all levels with Ease OM x.
• When you feel your light expanding affirm within your Mind: I AM the Light Divine I AM Love I AM Will I AM Fixed Deign I AM the Creator in manifestation upon the Earth and I completely Surrender to the Love Light and Will of the Creator for my Being upon the Earth and in such a way that serves the highest good of all.
• When you feel your light expanding affirm within your Mind: I AM the Light Divine I AM Love I AM Will I AM Fixed Deign I AM the Creator in manifestation upon the Earth and I completely Surrender to the Love Light and Will of the Creator for my Being upon the Earth and in such a way that serves the highest good of all.
• When you feel your light expanding affirm within your Mind: I AM the Light Divine I AM Love I AM Will I AM Fixed Deign I AM the Creator in manifestation upon the Earth and I completely Surrender to the Love Light and Will of the Creator for my Being upon the Earth and in such a way that serves the highest good of all.
• Well done Well done OM x.

Center Balance and Ground: Now allow yourself to relax and your energy to center balance settle and ground, take a deep breath and focus and feel the strong core of the energy within your being and allow your energy to center balance and ground all around you and affirm:

• I AM centred balanced and grounded upon the Earth OM x
• I AM centred balanced and grounded upon the Earth OM x :  )
• And so it is :  )
• Now have a Beautiful Day :  ) x We Love you x :  ) x.

Give thanks: Thank your Angels and Guides for their assistance and ask them to continue to Guide Protect Love assist support and surround you throughout this day in every moment and in every way and throughout your life on the Earth in such a way that serves your highest good and the highest good of all OM x.

Initially you may want to practice this meditation for at least 21 days and thereafter follow your intuition to create a daily practice including your own meditation and affirmations to assist you with your clearing healing and integration OM x Love x to you x OM x

• Clearing for Integration:

Clearing contrast from your Being with Acceptance Affirmations, your Soul light and Guides.

During the process of activating and integrating your light just as when you turn a light on in a room you could see the shadows. So what you turn-on your own Soul and Source Light you may  experience some contrasting thoughts beliefs or feelings, it is completely natural for you to experience this, so ‘if’ it arises simply continue to focus on what you want to experience and hold the intention of releasing and dissolving these old energies with Ease and it will be so. For example some affirmations you could use include:

• I AM a Pure Being of Light
• In every moment I AM inherently I Pure Being Light that extends from the Creator’s Heart and Soul.
• I Love and appreciate the contrast that has given birth to the realisation of my true self, thank you.
• I AM the Light Divine I am Love I AM Will I AM Fixed Design I AM the Creator in manifestation upon the Earth and I completely surrender to the Love Light and Will of the Creator for my Being upon the earth OM x

It is also important to note that if at any time you feel to much is coming to surface to quickly then remind yourself that you are always in control of the pace of the awakening clearing healing and integration process and that with your simple intention you can slow and ease the process until you allow your natural energy love light and enthusiasm to build to continue with the process.
