Souls choose to incarnate into a Human physical body (a slower vibration of energy) and come to Earth as it is a Great Opportunity to discover and develop yourself at a Soul level.

The initial contrast of incarnating into a lower vibration provides the perfect contrast for self-discovery and enlightenment.
Experiencing contrasting or opposite energies such as feeling Low (i.e. a lower energy vibration which happens when you associate your identity as being a Physical body) or Anger or Hate which occurs when your awareness is not connected to your Light and Love for Life.
Interacting with others is a great opportunity to learn about relationships and of course the most important relaitonshp of all with self, with ourselves. Learing to know ourselves and to love ourselves is perhap the greatest lesson of all. for when we truly know and love ourselves everything else falls into place OM : ) x.
Why is this because your outer reality reflects your inner-reality and so as you learn to Love yourself so this is reflected in your outer World : ) Beautiful OM x.
When a Soul chooses to leave a physical form/body it’s beliefs and manifestations upon the Earth ceases and it re-incarnates or makes room for another Soul to incarnate to live learn experience create new beliefs and manifestations and so Humanity and life on Earth continues to evolve, and this process of life and death is perfect for the evolution of Humanity.
Learning for example something as simple as choosing to look after yourself and live a Beautiful Healthy balanced and enjoyable life is a shift from the old to the new way if living and thinking for Humanity at this time.
